Are you analytically strong, energized by numbers, and eager to contribute to better healthcare? At the Health Cloud Initiative (HCI), we're looking for a Business Controller to help elevate our financial insights and decision-making.
What are you going to do?
- Developing and improving management reports and dashboards
- Support with budgeting, forecasting and year-end closing
- Analyzing financial results and identifying opportunities and risks
- Advising management and business on financial performance
- Optimizing financial processes and systems
- Contribute to strategic and business projects including M&A projects

- Salary: €5.500 to €7.000 gross per month based on a 40-hour workweek.

What are you bringing?
You're a strong discussion partner for the Managing Directors and other stakeholders. You take ownership, ask the right questions, and translate financial insights into clear reports and concrete advice. You can reconcile diverse interests without losing perspective and know when to push ahead and when to be nuanced. You have strong analytical skills, yet remain practical and solution-oriented.
- HBO/WO work and thinking level (Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar)
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business control, finance or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills, excellent Excel knowledge
- Experience with reporting and Power BI tools is a plus
- Good command of Dutch and English
- Proactive, independent and communicative work attitude
- Experience with mergers, acquisitions and integrations is an advantage
